Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding payment processing and account management
- Resolve billing discrepancies and transaction issues with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Process payment adjustments and troubleshoot technical platform errors
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM while maintaining 99% data accuracy
- Collaborate with billing and fraud prevention teams on escalated cases
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through weekly team feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2B or financial services
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear articulation
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance standards a plus
