- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and data entry
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of payroll processes preferred
