Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve payment processing issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Update and maintain client records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with billing team on account adjustments
- Identify upsell opportunities during client interactions
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced financial services environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
