Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all night shift logistics and inventory management activities.
- Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of 15+ employees to maximize productivity.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Manage on-site resources, including equipment maintenance and staffing levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
