Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily night shift logistics operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols to minimize workplace accidents.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software.
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record) preferred.
