Responsibilities
- Execute order picking and packing processes with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to protocol.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently during shift hours.
- Report damaged goods or equipment issues immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
