Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflow.
- Unload and stage incoming shipments according to priority and location.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS software.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required.
