Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for daily outbound shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to pick, pack, and verify orders.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Report any damaged goods or equipment immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and overnight shifts.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
