Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required by the shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage aisles organized and ensure products are rotated to maintain quality control.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies before processing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
