Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for enterprise clients during weekend operations.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and manage support tickets using our advanced CRM system to ensure timely resolution.
- Remote & On-Site Assistance: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, security patches, and backup verifications to maintain system integrity.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Collaboration: Partner with the week-day support team to escalate complex issues and share insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments; knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Tools: Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
