- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using AWS/Azure
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead full SDLC from requirements to deployment using DevOps practices
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes) preferred
