Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy, documenting any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Previous Warehouse Experience: 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, or Saturday and Sunday, including holidays as needed.
- Valid Driver's License: Preferred but not required.
