Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming/outgoing shipments according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and accurately
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Support facility cleanliness and maintenance during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
