Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staff scheduling and performance management
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to management
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management team to optimize weekend workflows
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid Florida Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods
