Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and operational tasks to ensure facility standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the seasonal team to meet daily operational goals.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid and current H2B Visa.
- Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with guests and staff.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must provide a valid passport and work authorization documentation.
