Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations in casino resort areas
- Manage team of 10-15 hospitality staff members
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through service excellence
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor inventory and operational supplies
- Train new team members on procedures and standards
- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams
- Complete shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or entertainment
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Nevada Gaming License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of casino resort operations
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
