Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Train and mentor 8-12 team members on service standards and protocols
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Nevada Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
