Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and workflow during the weekend shift.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics associates to maximize productivity.
- Handle discrepancies and resolve operational issues with minimal supervision.
- Generate and review shift reports to track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
