Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate the movement of goods safely and timely.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily performance targets and KPIs.
- Train and mentor new hires on standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday–Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Reliable transportation and proven punctuality.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
