Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day shift team for stock replenishment.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on products and equipment.
- Handle equipment maintenance logs and report any machinery issues immediately.
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Ability to work flexible night schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, WMS, etc.).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
