Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations during the weekend shift, ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Review daily shipping and receiving logs to resolve discrepancies and optimize routing.
- Prepare weekly shift reports highlighting productivity metrics and team performance.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Proven experience leading teams during night or weekend shifts is required.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
