Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all safety protocols and operational procedures are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and productivity.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Handle packaging materials and shipping documentation with precision.
- Adhere to quality control standards for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to specific role).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
