Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products safely using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Sort, stack, and label products according to established guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety regulations and operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible and willing to apply for an H2B Visa.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
