Job Overview
As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are shipped accurately and on time. This is a physical role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to maintain inventory flow.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English comprehension and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
