Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper labeling.
- Perform daily safety inspections of work areas and report any potential hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Package and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Keep the workspace clean, orderly, and compliant with company regulations.
Qualifications
- Legal Status: Must currently hold a valid H2B visa status.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency required for safety briefings and team coordination.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (H2B holders only).
