Responsibilities
- Perform daily operations on the warehouse floor with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Manage inventory stock levels, ensuring proper organization and rotation of goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to be trained.
