Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Sort, pack, and prepare customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Load Management: Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect shipments for damage and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but we train motivated candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning devices.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
