Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and weekend medical schedules
- Manage electronic health records and documentation
- Communicate with families and medical teams regarding patient status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to on-call physicians
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Assist in emergency response protocols during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) required
- Valid Oklahoma state healthcare license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- EMR/EHR proficiency (experience with Epic preferred)
