Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across departments during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists for urgent cases
- Train weekend staff on new procedures and compliance standards
- Conduct safety rounds and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee RN or LPN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital or urgent care setting
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Spanish bilingualism preferred
