- Manage and resolve high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
