Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve billing issues, account questions, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system with attention to detail
- Collaborate with on-call technical teams for escalated support cases
- Proactively upsell relevant products/services based on customer needs
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through positive resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-6pm)
