Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations across 3 key departments
- Coordinate staff scheduling and task delegation
- Resolve urgent customer issues with precision
- Conduct daily safety compliance audits
- Process payroll and inventory reports
- Train new weekend team members
- Collaborate with management for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years in shift coordination or supervisory role
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat-Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
