Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations and distribution activities
- Supplement staff and manage shift coverage for 24/7 supply chain continuity
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment protocols
- Resolve operational escalations with minimal disruption to service
- Document shift performance metrics and prepare handover reports
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with weekday managers for strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, or operations coordination
- Proven experience in shift management or team leadership
- Proficient with WMS and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills under time constraints
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
