Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks efficiently during weekend peak hours.
- Assist customers and visitors with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate necessary equipment and machinery following safety protocols.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
