Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Load, unload, sort, and stage merchandise efficiently and accurately to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
