- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Load Preparation: Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly for transport.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and the ability to communicate clearly with team members.
