Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Assist with patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care continuity
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide education on care plans
- Support facility operations including inventory management and equipment sterilization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
