Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Prepare: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment using standard packaging materials and machinery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the counting and verification of inventory stock to ensure accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move goods within the warehouse and loading dock areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage during transit and ensure all quality standards are met before shipping.
- Safe Operations: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Legal Eligibility: Must hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to work in the United States under H2B regulations.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Work History: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required for enthusiastic candidates.
