- Coordinate warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts
- Oversee loading/unloading of shipments and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage order processing and fulfillment with 99% accuracy
- Maintain equipment functionality and report maintenance needs
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Proficiency with WMS systems and inventory tracking software
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
