Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
