Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy rates using PMS software
- Resolve guest inquiries and service issues with prompt, solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium accommodations and experiences
- Maintain pristine front desk and lobby areas according to luxury standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun shifts)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution aptitude
- Valid Louisiana hospitality certification preferred
- Must be available to work holidays during peak seasons
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and transportation
