Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest services across resort amenities including poolside concierge and event coordination
- Execute seamless check-in/out procedures for weekend guests with personalized attention
- Manage premium beverage service at poolside bars during peak weekend hours
- Coordinate weekend entertainment bookings and local activity reservations
- Maintain immaculate resort facilities through proactive monitoring and maintenance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday/Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Texas Food Handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in resort management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual capabilities preferred
