Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and presentation of sales floor
