- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours (Sat-Sun)
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software/hardware issues
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with on-call engineers for complex technical escalations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for weekend operations
- Support product launches and special weekend promotions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in tech industry
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
