Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Support inventory management and store presentation standards
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to all company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
