Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer calls, chats, and emails with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product inquiries, billing concerns, and technical support issues
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new services
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred (bilingual environment)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, weekend-focused schedule
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
