Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation and inventory
- Operate POS systems and utilize CRM software for client management
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and product knowledge
- Document customer feedback and operational insights for team reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional supply runs
