Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve complex customer issues by escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Friday-Sunday).
