Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Resolve complex technical and service-related issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Document customer feedback, log issues accurately in the CRM, and update ticket statuses.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and propose process enhancements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (rotating shifts, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic computer applications.
