Responsibilities
- Delocate customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve technical issues using proprietary CRM and diagnostic tools
- Document interactions in Salesforce while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Identify trends and provide feedback for service improvements
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and satisfaction
- Participate in weekend team training sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-6pm shifts)
